We walked into the meeting room to find grocery bags, carving tools, and a lineup of pumpkins staring back at us. It could only mean one thing  — pumpkin carving day at SoCoLab! šŸŽƒ

Before fall break and just in time for Halloween, the SoCoLab took a break from research to get a little creative. From giant basketball-sized pumpkinsĀ to tiny, fist-sized minis, every pumpkin took on a life of its own. The room soon filled with laughter, flying pumpkin seeds, and the unmistakable scent of fall.

A big thank-you to Zack and KylieĀ for leading our Pumpkin Carving 101Ā session — who knew that cutting open the lid would be the hardest part? šŸ˜…

Also, shoutout to Begüm’s laptop for the perfect Halloween playlist, and to Jina for capturing all the best moments!

Scroll to reveal all the hidden artists in SoCoLab… and don’t leave yet — there’s an Easter egg at the end!
